My Spouse didnt complete the medical test yet. These check box in checklist is to mean that I read that ? or I completed the medical report ?
Do I need to check it ?

Thanks @Ching86 . I submitted Sch A and PCC about 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. Any idea what the timeline between them is?

It'll always be different timeline I think, I got medical request and sponsor approval 3 days after submitting schedA and Pcc but we cannot always predict the timeline because different officers are handling our papers so it would really depend on them

I see that you sent the forms with scanned signatures and you got no problem Would you advise me to do the same ?
Is there anyone else here who did it and got no problem ?

I sent my scanned signature to my husband thru email and insert that scanned sig (pdf) on the forms. The file wasn't sent back. No issues.

Hi All,

For the Schedule A and PCC, Do the sponsor too have to fill up and sent his or is it only for PA?
Another question,
since they are asking for the Birth certificate proof again, As the birth was registered late, they want the following
Birth and/or baptism certificate Note: If the birth is registered late, include the original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as:
• old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation certificate), and
• Voter’s ID card.
Has anyone dealt with this issue and what was submitted as I do not have a Baptism certificate and I do not think 5th and Middle standard shows and DOB. Only the 10th certificate does.?
Please advise

Hi All,

I have a question.. My husband birth was registered late. With original application I submitted, an affidavit from his parents, 10th and 12th class certificates. Now they have requested Birth Certificate. We do a have a birth certificate now... So do I just submit the birth certificate or the other documents requests which apply if birth certificate is registered late.. (baptism certificate (which we dnt have), original school certificates)
Please let me know.

We dont really know . Our agent is doing everything for us .

But the CIC recieved our application on 1st June .
