June 2017 Citizenship Applicants - (pre C6 rule)

Written test completed last 10.23. ECAS status "Decision Made" as of 10.24 for both adults who wrote the test. However, our child (under 14) who did not write the test (and not required to) is still "In Process." Does anyone have the same issue? Thanks and please update spreadsheet

Your son ecas will stay in process until after the oath ceremony but he will receive oath invite. Then ecas will say complete after the oath.

Hi. We wrote test on 20th and passed.
I am the Principal applicant and my Ecas still shows In process whereas Ecas for my wife's application shows decision made.
Another thing on my Ecas - its also showing years old status of my PR with the same old address (7 years old)
Any body have a clue or faced similar thing?

* I had my citizenship test and interview @ the Windsor office on Oct 25. Got 20/20 and was advised to wait for email advising of oath date. She said most likely 2nd week of Dec.
* eCAS shows DM today

Hi darwaish. also have the same situation regarding the address. Mailing address is still showing the old address used during PR application. the Home address has been updated though. Received the test invite in my current address so am guessing they're using the updated home address and not the mailing address.

Hello - I sat for the test and interview yesterday and passed. ECAS just says decision made - but when I click on it nothing. Waiting for the oath now.

Hi all myself and my husband took the test today and passed. Our daughter who is 19 has yet to take the test so it will be rescheduled for her as she had an exam today. The interview officer said once she takes the test it will take 2/3 months for oath ceremony. Otherwise the 2/3 months would have started from today. My son is only 17 so he doesn't take the test.

We had our tests at surrey bc make sure you read the discover Canada and practice online tests. I got 19/20.

You mentioned before (can't remember the thread) that you applied with an expired passport. I'm just wondering - did you travel before your passport expired?


I also applied with an expired passport but until now my status still AOR (applied in August 2017)...it just went into sleep mode...

No never left Canada. It depends on your office sometimes things are slow, you will get there.
