Hi all!!

Logged in to eCAS today and it went from Decision Made on sponsor side (a change from a week ago) to also say Decision Made on Permanent Residence Application Status column too but no updates on the details besides Med results received- same as it's been.

Does this mean we have COPR?! Also do you get an email with COPR- or does it only go through mail? For example with both our AOR and SA an email was sent to my wife.

I sincerely hope this means we'll have a visa soon!!

Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents *Blank*
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not Started
Final decision Not Started Help

When I click the (?) it would direct to:

We may need more documents from you in order to make a decision.

Review of submitted documents may be Not additional documents are required at this time, We need an additional document from the applicant, Provided or We have received the document.
No additional documents are required at this time may mean we have not yet received an application for permanent residence. You need an invitation to apply before you can submit an application for permanent residence. It may also mean we have received the application for permanent residence and we are reviewing the documents provided.
We need an additional document from the applicant means that we have decided that we need more documents from the applicant in order to make a decision.
If we require a document from you, please upload it in your document checklist so we can continue to process your application.
Provided means that we are reviewing documents that have been submitted to see if they are the documents we asked for.
We have received the document means that you have submitted the documents that we asked for.

Is that a default thing or do I need to submit anything???

It is a default. It is the same for everyone unless the actually ask for a document (which would appear as a message).

Hmm it's been awhile, try calling them or ordering the notes. They got my husband's results pretty fast, in less than a month.


Does anyone know if additional documents are requested and you send it to them right away, would it still extend the process time?

Does your ECAS status indicate "In Process" on the PA side? If so, do the details give the date they started processing?

same here I too don't have update on medical but since I also applied for TRV which was obviously rejected and there on trv application it shows medicals as "Passed" but on the pr side it doesn't show at all. only 2 lines.
