After we got a SA confirmation (via phone call) we are still waiting for a letter and/or email (being around 4 weeks now). After few calls we get the same info - application is sent to the VO ...But they couldn't tell which one...as they keep having technical issuies with their system (as we were told - due to some updating). So now the situation is following: no AOR1, no SA letter/email, no AOR2 => cant see info on ecas, can't link our app via mycic. Calling is useless. I know I just have to wait patiently....I do, I am just curious about the progress.

Does anyone have the similar situation?

Yep in the same boat! Apparently i received SA on August 10 but no email, I also found out through several phone calls. And my file started processing at NDVO as of August 26 th. Didn't receive AOR2 email either.

Hello,

My time line is

App received : 14th June 2016
SA : 24th August 2016
AOR2 : 31st August 2016
PA status : Eligibility - Review in Progress
Visa Office : NDVO

Question : When I sent my application I included Police Clearance Certificate which I got from passport office. Now when I received AOR2 I was asked to provide police clearance certificate if I haven't sent it. From my understanding there are two ways one can get police clearance certificate, one from Police commissioner office and second from passport office.
Note - We got our PCC from Gujarat as my wife lives there.

Now,
1. As I sent PCC only from passport office, do I need to send PCC again from police commissioner's office as well?
2. How long the PCC is valid for from the date it is being issued? Does it get expired?

I appreciate your inputs on this.

for me also its same no change to myCIC ,my only concern is I have applied for TRV and my passport is already with NDVO ,not sure what to do if they ask again now.

Hey guys our Ecas change ( decision made in sponsorship ) but we don't know if we get approved from Quebec ( csq) how long can take that ? We sent the Quebec engagement August 29th .
In my VO can they start processing my application without Csq approved??
My Ecas says my app start processing September 1st in VO

Seems like a lot of applicants got a DM today from various VO. This is the first movement on ECAS that I got since August 2nd, which means the officer probably started updating ECAS because I got SA back in July.
