Hi. i Just realised i too have made similar mistake like Mrs. Mekeni. I have mentioned about Canada TRV being rejected but i forgot to mention about German Visit Visa rejection which was three years back. ??? ??? So what i read from ImABule's suggestion is that i refill that form and send it to CIC. I have received only AOR1 till now and not SA.

Also , my husband who is my sponsor has got a new job and change in address. Can we also inform CIC about these changes in the same mail? Please guide me how to raise a CSE? I would be really thankful for kind help, friends....

Thanks in advance.

You have AOR1 but no SA correct?

If this is the case, have your husband refill and sign the form. Scan it and upload it via case specific enquiry and send it to CPC-M.

This way you have an email record of trying to correct the issue as soon as possible.

Once the file is transferred to Manila, have him send the physical copy to MVO as well as another CSE to MVO through email.

In the cover letter use all the personal information about you and your husband as you have (file number, name, dob, UCI etc) and simply state that you have realized an error in form IMM5669 and you want to correct it.

Oh no! we just realized we did the same mistake. :( we just sent our application and was received today. Do we do the same thing to correct it? Please advise. Thank you.

Just Received AOR1 this morning. Applications was received on June 29th' 2016. The AOR1 email had two information , UCI number (sponsor UCI, the same number I was assigned during my PR) and Application number. I didn't see any UCI for my wife. Would that be given later when the processing of her side of the application will start in a visa office?

I guess quite a few number of people ( including me ) have done the same mistake regarding rejected visa information. I will be working on the correction now and will send it as soon as possible. If I am not wrong I guess here are steps I have to follow- (according to @IamBule's earlier post)

1. Have the sponsored person refill and sign the form. Scan it and upload it via case specific enquiry and send it to CPC-M.

2.Once the file is transferred to the corresponding visa office, have the sponsored person send the physical copy to MVO as well as another CSE to MVO through email.

In the cover letter use all the personal information about you and your spouse as you have (file number, name, dob, UCI etc) and simply state that you have realized an error in form IMM5669 and you want to correct it.

In step 1, Should I ( the sponsor) send the case specific enquiry to CPC-M , or should My wife do it ( sponsored person). The reason I am asking because I only received the AOR1, and I guess the sponsored person is not assigned any UCI number at this time ( we have the application number though). Without UCI would it be possible for my wife to send the CSE to CPC-M?

Most likely you have to wait for AOR1 ( please see earlier post in this thread). Then you can send a case specific inquiry mentioning your UCI number, Application number along with the inquiry. I made the same mistake. I received my AOR1 today and will be working on correcting this mistake.

Your husband can change his address through ECAS.

There is no need to update employment change to CIC, though he still can if he wishes.

After SA, the file will go to the processing VO, and you should receive a second AOR.

If your wife ever applied for any visa and has a UCI, this will likely be her UCI for this application.

Here is a list of visa offices.

When you click on yours there will be an option for CSE using the web form.

Your wife can send the form now, using the application number. There is also a place to type a message to accompany the CSE. She can enter your details there and ask they add the form to the application.

Still include a cover sheet.

Thanks a lot @ImABule. Really appreciate it.

Can't we send the physical copy(corrected version) of IMM5669 to CPC-M now? I am assuming as my SA approval is not done yet the application is still at CPC-M. Just wondering that's all.

You could, yes.

But, it's the overseas VO that will be processing the PA side of the application, and therefore it's more important that they receive the form.

Good to know that we have that option. We will send the CSE to CPC-M for now. Then we will think about whether to send the physical copy to CPC-M or to the corresponding VO(Once the SA approval is done) or both.

Are you entering the sponsors info with the UCI provided?

Sometimes ECAS isn't available until SA as well.

If i already have UCI number, can I do the case specific enquiry already even without AOR1 yet? Sorry i just feel anxious to do something about this negligence :(
