Need advice,

just got married 2 weeks back, will go back to canada and apply for my wife.she is a working girl and have around 5 to 6 years experience in the field of web programing.

Should i go for spousal application or make her apply seperately through Express Entry to get her to canada quickly?

I think first visit visa will be best andwhen she will be here then after inland spousal application....bcz outland application takes long time like ours ..
Waiting and waiting but no any updates..but plz make sure submit full supporting documents...

today i received email from Bucharest VO, requesting my wife to submit her passports and 2 photos to Canada Visa Application Center (VAC) in amman also, as my wife now in canada there is option on the email to submit her passport to CPC Ottawa

Guys if you can help and advise, which way will be faster to submit her passport to CPC - Ottawa, or she go back to Amman and to submit her passport there. as she is pregnant and i want the fastest way to apply for the OHIP

no havent heard anything thing yet, but i dont think iam gonna get a ppr request since iam from the netherland, i think its a visa exempt country

Hi,

You can call Bucharest VO and tell them about your wife and they will guide you. I think you can send the passport to Ottawa ( if she is here ) and with the PPR email and whatever is requested in that email. And they will process it here.

When does your medical expire ? Don't worry I am sure your file as moved a bit considering you are a June applicant.

Just wanted to ask, if you see Decision Made on ecas but you don't have passport request yet, is that a good sign, or not? Do they request passport first then DM or DM first then PPR? Kindly advise, thanks.

This varies VO to VO. But DM is most likely to appear first and then PPR!

Hi All,
I submitted the application on June 13th 2016,Today I received a call from NDVO and the person from other end said they are ready to issue the Visa now ,since you have very less validity for medicals please ask your spouse to come to Delhi in person to submit the passport and get the Visa in few hours ,when I said they are already in Canada ,he said be ready with passport he will check and send the application to Ottawa office ,he said he would call me again tomorrow.

Well, how long does it take for the consulate of your origin country send the application to Ottawa? I want to know because I applied as Outland but I decided to wait in Canada with with husband. I dont want to came back to Brazil just to send my passaport to Canada Consulate in Brazil and after go back to Canada.We decided to appied outland because in november outland was 10 months and inland 27 months but in December the timeline changed and now inland is 11 months and outland 10 months : (

So please let me know how long does it take to Ottawa receive and issue your visa and if it is really possible I mean, no need to go back to my country just to send my passaport and wait for the visa.
