Day 87 still waiting for my sponsor approval

Silly question, but did you call them? And if so...did they provide you possible reasons/hints for delay?

weird....we still didnt receive any SA email/letter....even though the file was already transferred to the VO according to the agent.

Does this happen from time to time - when ppl do not receive any SA confirmation (email/letter) at all?

Are you able to log into ECAS or myCIC to get updates?

That is a problem - we don't know application number as we didn't receive AOR1, no SA, no AOR2....can't link our app to mycic. So I can't see progress neither through ecas nor through mycic. :(

Perhaps you can call them again and ask for your application number.

I would certainly call to get the application number and to confirm the email address.

we called them several times and each time they said due to the system update they can't provide us any info...the only thing they told us is that the app has been transferred to the VO. And hubby also confirmed both email adresses, phone numbers etc. (so far all is correct).

That really sucks. Maybe send an email to the VO?

It seems that if they can look up your information that they could at least give you a file number, UCI or something to follow. :(

MyCIC status has updated to reflect background check in progress. :-) I'm working SO SO hard to be patient!
