Got passports with 10 year multiple entry visa....

Passport Request: Jun 19
Had to travel.
Passport sent to VAC: Jul 10
Passport received by VAC: Jul 11
But I sent a personal cheque which VAC doesn't accept. Sent a money order to remove application from hold.
Passport sent to VISA office by VAC: Jul 24

Present status: Passport Received by the Visa Office - Under Consideration

I'm worried since 30 day period beginning the passport request date has elapsed. Will they reject my application? Do you think I must contact VAC and/or VISA office about this?

Where did you send the payment to? Philadelphia office or VAC? Is it the $34.10 payment for passport stamping?

I sent the money order to the PA office. A copy of it to NY VAC. Yes this fee is for VAC to transport our passports to and fro VISA office

Did you send a copy of the money order to VAC? I am planning to send a cashiers check. Can I send a copy of the cashiers check to VAC? How does the philadelphia office tie the payment to your VISA account? What document did you send with the payment?

Got my and my husbands passport delivered today stamped till the validity of passport.

Mine for 5 yrs and husband 3 years.

Got my passport with a multiple entry VISA valid up to 1 day before my passport expires.

Trivia: The VISA start date is the date when I received the passport request letter.
