JUNE 2014 OUTLAND applicants

Well I was going to keep my car from NJ and have it insured from the states. I only plan on using the car for a few months at most! The next decision I'm having is driving me crazy. I know the PR card won't come in time and my husband wants to travel in October, but there isn't enough time to get a travel document. I don't know if I can get back into Canada without my PR card. I don't want to try it twice, so now I may wait until September to land, and travel to Dominican in October and pray they let me back in with proof of landing while I wait for my PR card considering i'm from a visa exempt country. Ugh, why everything has to be so difficult and delayed makes me want to scream lol
