I just did exactly that. I think the RPRF request was probably done automatically because on my GCMS notes I can see that they received the payment back in February. Really appreciate your feedback!

In the last few minutes, I just received my request to pay the RPRF fee. I had paid this upfront in February, had already emailed the receipt to cost recovery and it had updated on my gcms notes that payment received.

Should I forward the receipt to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, including all my details and explain how this is already paid? Should I copy in the Cost Recovery email as well?

Appreciate your feedback. it looks like things are moving!

Also got RPRF request today. Already paid upfront in August. Got confirmation that it was allocated to my application, reflected on gcms notes, and call center also told it was received. Now they ask for it again. I know this is way too common.

I was in same situation. My mailing address was in Canada but home address was Indian. They asked me to submit my passport to Canadian visa office. My representative did send them an email to change the same. By the way did they ask police clearance certificate from India..if not you should submit the same coz you are in India and this can slowdown your app.. Do it fast if not..

I sent a pCC again from India in April end, when they requested it again.
Do you feel I should do it again, again?

It took almost 10 working days for me after RPRF to get PPR..

There is no fixed time, it took me 5 months to get the PPR, after the RPRF.

Guys. 1 question. I have applied for TRV on my BWOP... I got approved and asking for PP but I have already got COPR.

how to cancel this TRV application ? Please guide me.
