So, "we started processing your application on whichever date 2014", or the new line actually means that new processing time (14 months) counts from that date .

It is not a bad thing if it really means that, lots of june applicants will reach 14 months mark next month.

from me also ... it shows Aug 2014. But i received MR and RPRF request on 7th Aug 2015 and 18th Aug 2015 respectively.

How do we know that we are on a second review? Does GCMS say something or any other source?

Yes GCMS notes shall mention something like "Review Required by an Officer".

Any one got PPR recently from the second review cases

I am Jun6 applicant received my MR 9th July. RPRF on 14th July. Yes I was on second review and received my PPR on 19th August. I have sent my passport on 20th.

this is good news... you will get your MR/PPR soon. What is your time line? Are you a June applicant

Got my MR on Aug 14, but i already did my MR on June 27th, same has been sent by the panel to CIC the next week.
I don't understand why they are asking for MR again.

Yesterday i got a request to pay RPRF fee, i also see the below comment in the mail
"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."

Could some one clarify?

Not sure if it's a good or bad thing.

I applied on May 5th for BOWP and today I got an email saying there is update on my application.

When I logged into my CIC, it says: This application has been approved.

I am supposed to be waiting for my CoPR. Getting my BOWP approved ahead of the timeline (currently is 117 days) means I am going to wait longer for my CEC application? :'(
