Done. Please revisit your record in the spreadsheet and update the missing details in there.

FYI to all others who happened to have missed the update --> June spreadsheet is no longer locked. You can update your details yourself.

Dear Friends ,

I applied form India , application received on 16th june , AOR received on 30 th July 2014 .

Can you please let me know when can i expect my mr ..

anybody got MR after 30th July (AOR) from India .

Regards

Hello Seniors,

My application was received by CIC on June 5th 2014. AOR was received on July 17th. I applied with my husband and 2 kids.
No Medical request yet and ECAS status is 'In Process'. Frustrating enough.

I ordered GSMC in Jan and received in Feb first week. No concrete information just ' No Reportable Trace' from RCMP and Security in Process. Not sure what is delaying the process. Planning to order another set of GSMC in last week of Feb. Lets see how it goes. Best of luck everyone.

Thanks,

Guys

Refer to the "CIC Permanent Resident Applicants Awaiting a Decision" section of the following URL

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/data-release/2014-Q2/index.asp

Few things to note there :-
  • Any application (CEC, PNP etc) which is not FSW after Feb 27, 2008 is considered as a back log by CIC ????? Did not understand what that meant in the table
  • Total applications awaiting decision as of Q2 2014 is 406,389

No wonder why things are so slow for CIC and us. they should recruit big time. May be bring in the old timers temporarily to mitigate the pending volume.
At least this provides some pointers to why things are slow.

I can't help but wonder what's going on with the ~10 applicants whose application was received between June 2 to June 3. Only one of us got MR, and many others report not receiving MR, with or without dependents. (that means the blank block on the spreadsheet is not due to inactive members)

I wonder if the same VO takes care of the same batch of application?

Totally Agree with you, It all depends on Visa officer, some of them are slow, some of them pretty fast. There is Gap between June 12 to June 16 also, seems like same officer working on it this time period.

Not a medical, but something is finally moving - I just got (less than an hour ago) a request for a copy of tax assessment for 2013. My application was received on 23rd.

And another update: I've emailed the requested tax assesment and first thing this morning I received a request for:
- Principal Applicant’s Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Common-Law)
- Common-Law Partner’s Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Common-Law)
- proof that the relationship is real, continuing, meets common-law definition requirements, it's history - the works
- "at least two statutory declarations from individuals with personal knowledge of your relationship supporting your claims"

Thats good. CIC is still working for those who have positive recommendation on first review and send MR on timely manners. And they are delayed for the applications went for second review. Wish you all get Processed by the end of feb. Good luck. :) :) ;)
