Dear, I also didn't upload any file on attachment section. When I check that IMM 5475E for only those who have third party representative on behalf you. According to me, it is not necessary....

I you want to apply note for your spouse with you in this case you and ur spouse need to sign. If ur r single no need that..

If that require then, I did mistake with it. I have spouse also in my application.

I already applied my notes. After Conversation with you, I realized that I did mistake. Now, I am going to apply another notes .

If that require then, I did mistake with it. I have spouse also in my application.

Its not required but if you dont submit form for your spouse than every information relates to your spouse will be blanked out in GCSM notes.

I recently got married and I notified CIC about my marital status to both Ottawa and Sydney, they didn't respond to my email. I got my MR few days before. I asked CIC for necessary documents to be filled by my spouse, still waiting for the response. What should I do, very confused ??? ???. How should I proceed. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to the reply.

Where did you go for medical exam?It's so fast, is it in Toronto?

Hi Everyone,
Good to see we are getting medical request one by one.
But in the spreadsheet, why there are some gaps in medical request column inbetween for whom applied under same June 2014.
Is this because they have not entered the date or CIC has not send the request yet.
I could see the same cases in Jan, Feb, March, April, May 2014 applicant spreadsheets.
In all spreadsheets, the gaps remains unfilled. If this is the case, applicants who applied earlier Jan2014 should have got the PR by this time (considering average processing time of 13 months).
What would be the reason for this, any idea....
