sorry, but what is the difference ? i think i sent my application to the courier address (in nova scotia) and the call center agent told me that my app is in ottawa now.

CIO Nova Scotia is the Central Intake Office where they check you document completeness and then the file is transferred to Ottawa. All CEC applications are processed in Ottawa.

Some other categories such as FSW are processed in their local VO.

the Sydney office is Centralized Intake Office called as "Case Processing Centre" that is where our AOR is generated and they enter this info into system . they check all your docs

on same day of AOR that file is transferred to Ottawa for further processing

by Sydney - you are referring to Nova Scotia office, right ?

if all files are being processed at Ottawa office, how come people keep asking what visa office did they have ? i think all CEC apps will be processed at Ottawa office.
