what sthe reason for rejection, did he got medical request before rejection?

I have no idea why he got reject, I heard from my colleague. No, he got reject after medical.

Hello Guys, I completed 13 months processing period last week. Just sent an email to cic regarding the status as below.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This refers to my application for permanent residence in Canada under Canadian Experience Class program – CEC.

I submitted my application for Permanent Residency on June 11th 2014. I receive an email to undergo medical examination on 4th of February 2015 which I have completed and submitted on February 14th 2015. I have recently received my GCMS information and came to know that my file has not been reviewed since my medicals received (from Feb 2015). I have been waiting for my PR decision for more than 13 months. Can you please help me to find my application status.

My application details are as below.

1. Surname (last name):
2. Given name (first name):
3. Date of birth:
4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI):
5. Application number:
6. Date of application submission :
7. Type of application: Canadian Experience Class

Called CIC number.. they didnt even ask my Application ID. As soon as they hear CEC. wait for few more weeks.. :-[

No offence, but I just don't understand why people keep calling CIC? What do you expect? They can only provide you very basic information which may not be more than you have. Call center can't raise any concern to CIC. Your voice can't get heard from call center.

I know we can't expedite the process by calling CIC call centre but at-least they should provide us the current status of our application. Otherwise, there no point in establishing CALL CENTRE. Whose ever calls when their file is within the processing period then only answer we get from them is "Your file is within the processing period, you can't tell you anything at this point and call us back once your application exceeds the normal processing time". Our applications are already exceeded the normal processing time, they should have some information regarding reason for delay when all other who applied after June are moving further.

Note to offend you but just my opinion thought of sharing with you all.

Agree. Got to keep calling and emailing and probably telling them they've been doing a terrible job in nice words.

"Note: If it has been longer than the time shown above since you applied and your visa office has not contacted you, you may wish to contact the visa office that is processing your application." This is from CIC site. Even though 13 months is so unreliable, if we sit silent it could become our fault by failing to contact them. Sounds ridiculous but true.

Agree with you. If we don't remind them, CIC may forget our file. It does not mean that they dont have any tracking mechanism but you never know..

For those of you have applied for GCMS notes, has your due date passed or is it upcoming? Just wondering if that due date has any significance at all....

Where it says criminality 2: or Security 2: or eligibility assessment: 2.

Due date should be very last line...

Are these dates are reliable? I just checked due date is a year after my Aor date. Ie 365 days from my AOR date.

I guess we will find out soon as my due date is July 16 2015.

I just don't understand why don't you guys contact MP? It should be much better if you really want to remind CIC we are forgotten.

I know some people get their applications updated soon after contacting MP. She submits some documents one months ago but doesn't get receipt. Just one day after her MP calls CIC, she receives an email from CIC confirming her application is updated. It means contacting MP works!

It's OK if you insist calling CIC, but can you please also contact your MP? It doesn't hurt to do both at the same time. What are you afraid of?

I don't remember how many times I call for it. Seriously, I am tired of this....
