same here exactly 4 months today since it has been forwarded to Manila Visa office..what's wrong with my applicatiion?..=(

It says on the CIC website, 11 months so 11-4=7. So in my opinion they still have 7 months and maybe the PR applicant has to go for an interview.

Some good news from Beijing VO:

We received your application to sponsor X on June X, 2012.

We sent you a letter on August X, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We received X's application for permanent residence on June X, 2012.

We started processing X's application on October X, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on X's application. The office will contact X concerning this decision.

DM2 was on Jan. 4th.

They had asked for a police letter and original PPT in November and we submitted with in about 2 weeks.

It looks like we are in the clear now, have to wait for the PPT to come back...

Dear applicant,

Your application has reached the final stage of processing. So that your permanent resident visa(s) can be issued, you must now submit the documents listed below. 2. Two recent photographs of yourself and two recent photographs of each of your accompanying family members. The photos must meet the Photo Specifications on page 2 of this letter.
3. The “Updated Information Chart” on page 3, fully completed for you and each accompanying family member.
Submit your passport(s), photos and information chart within 30 days of the date of this letter (or the date of the email if you received this by email). All documents for you and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package. Follow the instructions on page 4 of this letter to submit your package.
