Applied wtih AEO in FSW at CHC London

Hi everybody.

So here i am ! i never joined any forum in my entire life but now the situation is what made me start here.

I am april 2010 applicant with AEO to CHC London where I got refusal straight away in april 2012 due to over looked my AEO by VO.
upon request the case reopened in few days and now its under process.

Last week got Caips where PSDEC 1 and SELDEC 1 is mentioned.

VO stated in email that my case is under B/C and dont know how long would it take.

Any idea and suggestion on this, as i have scored 72 points by the grace of Almighty.

Thanks

Arranged Employment

Employers who would like to offer a permanent job to a foreign worker wanting to immigrate to Canada can facilitate this with an offer of arranged employment under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. CIC places priority on new Federal Skilled Worker applications with a qualifying job offer.

Processing times: Most cases are finalized within 11 months.
Employers need to:
Provide a qualifying job offer.
If recruiting from overseas, obtain an Arranged Employment Opinion.
Most foreign workers can be recruited as Temporary Foreign Workers while their application for permanent residence is being processed.
There is no requirement for the employer to first offer the position to a Canadian or a permanent resident.
