Curious about something: The application was delivered yesterday, but since I used FedEx I couldn't send it to the P.O Box, so I think it has to be sorted or something before they start working on it? Anyone know? When I try to check my application status in ecas I get an error message saying they can't find it, so I assume they haven't started working on it. Anyway, just wondering how long it took for you guys from delivery to Mississauga until you were able to access your application status in ecas?

I think it can take up to 40 days before they get to your file and start working on it. See the link below:

As of June 22nd, they were working on applications from May 17th. Us June applicants still have a little ways to go!

Does CPC-Mississauga usually send acknowledgement of receipt to the sponsor once they receive the package or I have to wait 40 days to hear from them?

No unfortunately, you just have to sit tight and wait... but hopefully not for too long. The only way to know for certain it arrived is to use trackable post... but then again, this is only confirmation from the postal company, not confirmation direct from CPC-M.

I used xpress post , i was not able to use courier bec it is PO BOX and no body will sign it for me. I sent it on 28th and was delivered successfully on 29th June as per canada post website

Btw is there a courier address???

Don't worry. Lots of people have sent their package to the PO Box
I think you can track using the online receipt number along with the Sponsor details. Nothing will show on ecas until they start processing your file and in some cases until sponsorship is approved...
