I just don't get it kourts... it must be so frustrating... have you called them again?

It is frustrating, I wanted my wife to get the approval letter before I leave to go up there next month so i have it when i cross the border And no I haven't called again, I don't really want to bug them and make them mad. lol

Fair enough...I wouldn't want to bug them either...
If you haven't received it by next month though, I think you should start bugging them ;D

I called the call centre, and automated answering system said that my appl was received on June 16..

i called them today and they said my files in process call back in 2 weeks.

No I can't, I only have the reciept number and it doesn't work.
