PCC is a minor issue, you can solve it any time you reach to that level.
Concentrate on principal issues like how you can proof you did exactly the NOC requirements, full time 37.5 hours per week, total 67 points, etc.
You do not need PCC at the begining, and definitely between your submission and reaching 'in process' you have more than 9 months. But if I am the one I will send once at submission and one time again at six month, in order to make sure it is always available and in hand.

@ xnista: What do you mean by "you can proof you did exactly the NOC requirements, full time 37.5 hours per week?", do you mean I need to have working experience in that NOC with that working hour or do I have to show them my working plans/schedule for the future job which is offered.
By the way, I do have relatives in Canada, got graduation degree and if I got IELTS around 6-7 band I might end up with 78-80 points. It also depends how they treat my AEO..........?

Leon,

Sorry I thought/assumed you are from NOC 29 eligible job list. It seems you have job offer .... so forget what I said on the job responsibilities, etc.

Yes i do have a job offer. Now, should I send my application package along with ppc or without it. Also if my birth certificate is not available can they confirm my age through my metric cert. Do I have to send an Affidavit from my father for confirming my date of birth.

Yes send your application with your application. On your birth certificate, no clue.
What I know: you have to assume, officers are robots. Simply assume they are a bit slow in figuring out documents connection. So it is like black or white (digital type, 1 or 0). Nothing grey. A bit dry, but it is how it is, they receive a lot of applications, so no way around.
There is an operation manual (OP), you may read it, if you do not have a lawyer. Forget consultants. Even with lawyer, you need to be on the top of your file. Lawyers are lazy, so the job will be with paralegal, who does not care if you get rejected and lose time. You are just like another applicant of thousands for her/him.

Hi, Hubby and I applied on July 2011 (6th), got PER on 21st sep and ecas is been "In process" since oct. Have got no news from VO yet but consultant said should be between 16 to 24 weeks from PER to hear from them. Address on Ecas went missing about last week, some people on other threads seem to think that happen when application is been worked on. Hope this info helps.

Regards,

Yolanda
