Hi. I don't know so many things. I use lawyer to file application.
My lawyer sent out application on May 21th.
So far no response from goverment.
I applied from U.S.
I can't be patient and asked lawyer what's going on.
He said he's going to send inquiry.
But as long as I see this thread some people who filed after June already went on processing.
I'm very worring.
Is there anybody who filed from U.S. recently?

I think you should've at least received a PER (or NER). and most likely your file should've beem received by VO by now.

I am soo happy because I Just received PER this early morning 24 AUG and so I have reason to continue with you guys in this thread on the way to obtain a leaf visa.

wow im very happy to see that you recived your PER.......it is third time whom i asked for PER on the very next his text appeared that he recived PER..........as it happened already with Nashe, Developer BR........lolz would i may ask myself the saem question.........

Hello Guys ..I felt you would be the best person to reply to my questions. I got a NER in FSW2.I fell short of 10 points as they didn't allot me 10 points for previous experience. I didnt show the MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES previous experience in back home.Like I genuinely have that experience for 1 and half years.I gave them all the docs from my employer, but i didnt provide them the duties and responsibilities document.As i dont have it. Now if i submit that duties and responsibilities document from back home and include with the new applicaion package.. would it raise any suspicions as i didnt provide them in my study permit and also in fsw2 class.?.

Please reply i want to file again depending on the views and opinion of yours.

PER--positive eligibility response; NER--negative eligibility response. USUALLY, it is sent through email. So ask your consultant. You may also give it few more weeks because there were instances that it takes 4 mos for a PER or NER... Hope this helps. Wish you a PER.

I dont think it should be a problem. A lot of applicants apply again after obtaining the document which caused the rejection of their application. Maybe you can attach an explanation letter as to why it was not submitted with the first application...
I'd say give it a try. You have nothing to lose. You will not know if this will work until you submit again and receive their reply...

Of Course they will check you must have to provide the same data as you said in last application...........i hope you must have the copy of the last application..........be carefull in the regards.........
