you will recieve responce in 4-5 days.

CIO reply in 4-5 working days but some time early too.
I read some where on cic site, that there call centre is less busy on thrusday and friday, so it good time to email or call.
As you have emailed them 2 days before so you will hear today or definately by monday, Inshallah.

What your Ecas says? did it display you mailing address?

what email address you used to query?? you should use FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca as per my undrstanding.. the email id you referred in your posts is the one from whichwe receive PER notification...

Seniors please help Zeenat...

thanks for consideration. i used both FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca and Question@cic.gc.ca. i hope for answer in next week inshallah.
 
it is better to call them. I persoally called them it took about 30 min and the guy listen me properly he asked my full name, DOB, phone numbers i provided in forms, and my postal address then he checked in the system and he told that we did send any mail to you wait you will get it soon and same day i got PER. They will also give u the file number so u can check online also,

I got the number from this forum and i dont think that i have this but still i will check my table if i found i will give. just check the cic site i hope u will get it there. once u call follow the instuctions after 15 min u will reach fsw desk then they will hold u again 10-15 min.
