Hi Guys,

I was looking for some info and came across this wonderful forum. I hope some of the experienced members can address the question. I have put hese point wise.
1)Incase you get an NER, is your application package returned to you?
2)if not, would making an email request would matter?
3) if it is returned whats the timelline?
and lastly does one has to gather the police certificates and sit in IELTS afresh for a new attempt.

I would greatly appereciate any thought shared regarding these.

Thanks very much for your prayers xnista, I've already inquired about the status of my application from CIO via telephone. they gave me a client I.D. and advised that my case is still pending review. still praying and hoping for a positive review.

To the glory of God my PER came through today at noon UK time. My prayers are with you guys waiting eagerly for the POSITIVE news to come through, most especially awai ali, who has been a rock from the inception of this (June 2011 Applicants)thread. Don't worry, it shall come to pass....It will happen no matter what sooner or later!

Congrats on your PER. awai ali and other members of this great forum will certainly get theirs.
 
Congratulations on PER got people. The trend has become 55 to 60 or 65 days. So for our time range we will get good news by Eid Fitr :) Good ocassion for two festives :)

OOOOO Brianr............soooooo sweet for your kind words.........no worries.......im happy that my brothers are get PERs............Nashe is the case for us who got late PER but at last he got it.........no worries just praying May Allah do all the best for us.........

Hi Awai and Brav21, No news is good news. Let send them an email and ask for your cases. I am very happy if one day your posts tell us that you guys received the positive email and move on with your process.

Dear Zeenat,
I think its 2:20pm in CIO-NS and till 5:00pm they work.
they can email sharp at 5pm.
You know what.....an applicant "discreet" recieve PER on 16/08 exact time in NS was 8:05am. this shows that ER complete and every thing was ready on 15th. they just dated and send on 16th.
Surely you will recieve today or by next morning.
