does anyone know where to check the cap status of the NOC list before 1st July 2011. as I believe that they have updates the previous link for the cap status

The wait for PER is killing me. I think I will email the CIC. There was a member whoe emailed CIC and they replied with confirmation of the application.

What was the email address of the CIC?

Thanks a lot.

Your NOC might be necessary and may be the Visa Office as well

sir,
better you send from ID on application. If sending from different ID then better you write that ID in your message detail.
I wish it work in that way.
