June 2011 Applicant Please Join this Page...........

Hey people.. How many weeks is taking NOW (Aug 2011) HRSDC in giving the opinion??? According to my consultant is taking now around 22 weeks... Anyone has heard anything??

It is estimated time although............but it can be lead to 36 weeks or more......now a days HRSDC is more strict about job offer.......they require now many documents from........Employer.........so it takes time........

I sent my job offer to HRDC in Dec/2010. Got the opinion in May/2011, in a total of 23 weeks. It might be taking much more now...

@ developerBR ... 23 weeks sounds good to me at least.... So how far are you from having everything ready to leave???
What I understand after you get your opinion everything is faster... is it true? I'm new in this forums so I try to figure out the timeline for all the process... Sad, when I started getting the papers together I was thinking to move in 6 months.... hahaha poor me

@awai ali.... My employer sent sooo many documents atthe moment of the application...are they gonna keep asking more to him??? I thought they would just call and confirm all is true and real.

yup they have to conduct interview with employer.........it is not good to sent so many documents.....only it is good to sent what they ask for....................

It was 23 weeks at that time.. now it might be longer (around 30 weeks? can't tell).

I don't know if having the job offer speeds up things, my process is taking about the same time as other people in this thread.. I think i'll be getting my VISA stamped in Jan/2012. I think from requesting the approval from HRDC to getting the VISA, it takes around 12 to 14 months..

Even i see that FSW1 getting faster response and visas than job offer case mean FSW2..........God knows well......what is their policy.........
