Btw I spoke my agent, its usless send any letter , cus like my case
so many got rejected said by my agent, specially who have degree from ajman, but unless I have wes.org report
if they recognized my file can be open, but he is saying my college should send the request to wes not me is that correct cus I dont wana waste not time if its approved maybe vo can reopen my file...
And pls if anybody no how much it cost for diploma...

Idea is good but no matter who sent doc. to wes and it cost you almost 300 dollars if wes recognized than no problem ........i personally think you should take this step ....otherwise you are already refused but you should attempt this so that there should not b any confusion in your mind in future .........

Be noted you can take WES step, but legally the officer is not bind to take it in, because it will come probably more than 60 days.
I personally did this WES, although MI3 did not require it. I did because they were disputing my education simply!
My suggestion is to send an explanation letter and request them to wait for WES reply and meanwhile request the WES.

Your time is important, but for your case efforts and hope is required.

Try to see it this way: Suppose today you have your PR in your hand, are you going to be successful in Canada, get a job and earn money, handle all the expensive cold freezing life (currently just now -2 degree) .... etc.? If yes, then try, it is worthy, if not ... then just the name alone is really fancy and not worth of the hassle.

I am not sure about the procedures in New Dehli visa office. But if your background check took more than 5 months, it means your approval (passport request) comes around 1 year or maybe even plus as I read somewhere in forums. Again I am not sure.

In fact I did not want this much early but the expenses in Dubai are too high and school fee and rent is killing! It is too cold now and snow storm but I may take this winter break to fit and adjust my daughter to the school system in Canada.

I hope I will be a good resident and of benefit for Canada. I hope the land of Canada brings good for my family. Allah madad karega, Ameen.
