It seems he got a phone interview, I mean an interview over the phone, I guess, same like phone initial screening call when you apply for a job.
 
Sorry dear i had mentioned interview call instead of telephonic interview call...i was never expecting it...i applied in march 2012 with no job offer..they called me nd my employer nd cross checked our answers

I see, do not worry if they would not satisfied with your answer they will ask for written explaination from you......this is not a visit visa..........visa offices take care very much care of client and never send refusal letter without any solid reason..........which one is your Visa Office?????????
 
Dear Awai Ali....you asked about my MR and Add. Docs.....i will send all package to VO in Mid Feb.......the medical is schedule on 30th Jan-13.
 
Guys i have some very very BAD news !!! today i received my caipnotes ,
i found out VO did my assessment and gave me 64 POINTS instate of 74,
my education should be 14 years , but VO make it 12 years secondary school only, so i got 5 points only!!
how come?? i gave my all documents along with transepts sealed,etc expect accreditation letter which my college clearly said cant get it from them,
but in VO notes he clearly mentioned my diploma is not accreted, thats why i didnt got the points!!

here is his comments at last
CONCLUSION - WITH RE ACCREDITATION OF DIPLOMA, PI MAY NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT POINTS. ADDITIONAL CONCERN THAT PI MAY NOT QUALIFY
FOR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS OF AEO. FILE TO REVIEW OFFICER..

want to add my diploma came from university in US, please can anyone help me what to do? please advise
my VO didnt contact me yet, i got all this from caips! do they reject immediately or they give a chance to prove !

my BF'D was on 31-JAN-2013 and caips printed from their system on 2nd March 2013...

why my luck is bad all the time !! Sad

I did not read your post completely. But this is for your quick action.
CHC London makes their assumption from UK NARIC. So if your college is listed with them, they will consider 14 years of education and equal to HND (Higher National Diploma). But most probably you won't get it, as I did not also. I suggest you directly contact UK NARIC at their website and pay their fee for their Comparison Certificate or something like that because after their reply you can object them and after getting the favorable reply, you can forward the reply as a proof to CHC London.
Other than this you can try to explain to CHC London personally as well with your proves.

Now I read your post full, I came to know you have problem of accreditation, this is a different topic.
How come your college does not have any!? Ok, not from India or your country, then it should be under some kind of approval from authorities. Can you specify what was your education in detail?

Also you may approach some references in Canada who do credential evaluation in Canada. They are supposed to be integrated into the CIC procedure but they have not been yet, as much as I did research a while back.

But act soon, you have room and time, but very short. They will give a chance most probably, especially because you have not received any communication, at all, but with a deadline like probably 60 days. Your lawyer can request for extension of another 60 days at the end of the deadline.

Main problem is they may have done the letter but not reach your lawyer address. Double check in your GCMS, they have not sent any.

thanks , i am going my college this sturday i was planning to ask any other documents which proves
i remember they said first we joind , its approved by some ajman sheiks ! my collage in ajman but certificate came from Miami florida atlintic university abd they said its authorized in US, but am not going to leave them ill ask for some prove, otherwise my application is rejected!!
no my agent didn't received any letter, brother i can send u the caip, u can explain me, in ur email..

After 28th Feb this thread became alive.......but with a worried news.....But RKO i suggest simply, that first visa office must give you the chance to explain.......because you have earned another bachelor degree is it right???? if you earned another degree then your diploma must be valid how it may possible without a valid diploma you may earned a bachelor degree so do not worry they must give you a chance to explain and you can explain it in the mean time please post your complete qualification from Secondary to Bachelor so that i can get an overview.....
 
and about my case i was asked about updated documents deadline was 20 March so i send it and let c when i received my Medical now waiting and praying
 
My online status is frozen on 'Received by Visa Office' for last 1 year something. Is there any email address I can send a request or inquiry about this problem? Is there anything I can do about it? Help please.

Although after updated forms,,,,there must be medical after 4 or 5 month i think you have passed that certain period any how now you can send them inquiry at given email address

I have provided my update forms and explanations in mid Jan and by now only 2.5 months past. It means I have to wait probably another 15 days to 1 month or at most 1.5 month.

I am trying to resist inquiring about my file. Just I need to inquire about my online status and IT related services. Is there any other email or contact address?
