rKo, thank you, inshalla as Allah wants or wishes for me, I follow the outcome. I am trying my best to explain in the best way, but my lawyer is busy with a big class action case and very slow

Not really, brothers and friends. I have to explain a big misunderstanding on my part and I may be able to send my papers and clarifications by Dec 10th. But it is absolutely on Allah how to set the mind of the officers.

Patience is the key, to wait until March 2013 maybe !!! Then my medical may come.

Wat??????? Visa office asked you for some clarification is it???????? please explain.......

Awai I am so glad that your application is In Process. Inshallah, going in the right direction.

I have been away from the thread for a long time. Got my medicals done on 29 Feb 2012. The wait was very long. But Allah works in mysterious ways. Got my call from CHC London for sending passport copies in October 15, send them the required docs on 19th. Online status changed to "Decision Made" on 13 November. I did not check the status on 12 Nov. Please pray that I recvd the PP call soon. Flights are heavily booked in Dec and Jan. My visa will expire on 28 Feb 2013.

"Thank you for your email.

This application is currently awaiting officer review. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to.

Yours sincerely"

After 8 Month Waiting, I received this simple reply from LVO...............of my Inquiry .......but it is amazing they replied me just in 12 hours..........


"Thank you for your email.

This application is currently awaiting officer review. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to.

Yours sincerely"

Visa office has 98% rejected my application, simply because I changed my job to one in list of in demand jobs, saying you are not genuine! which I am objecting through my lawyer with all my supporting documents. Let's see. I may be able to provide them with full explanation by mid December.

I have another friend with SW2 who has given his explanations more than 3 or 4 months now and still no reply from CHC London. He applied in 2010. I hope everybody gets rid of this backlog which is awful. Speedy process is good for everybody, even if it means some get refused once in a while. Because at least we can apply again with corrections, etc.

Visa office has 98% rejected my application, simply because I changed my job to one in list of in demand jobs, saying you are not genuine! which I am objecting through my lawyer with all my supporting documents. Let's see. I may be able to provide them with full explanation by mid December.

Allah Pak Rahim Karay.............let c what happened.........but be positive and send them all the necessary doc...........i do believe they do not rejected application without any sound proof............I hope you will through to medical...........Insallah

Dear Ali, finally they asked the passports to be sent to Islamabad HC yesterday. I am sending them today for the issuance of visas.
The copies I was refering to was of the current passports. We cannot send our passports to London as this is not allowed by the Gov of Pakistan. Hence they ask for copies of passports on which visas would be issued. Hope that clarifies.

Dont despair Xanista. However, this is really surprizing. Changing job is normal. Fight it out and you will win, Inshallah!!
