Minister Kennedy paused the FSW (to-be-FSTW Federal Skilled Trades Worker! what I feel he is trying to do) at least for next 6 months until January 2013.

What's the difference of this and what will be the impact to new applicants?

It means no SW1 for six months ... no new no-job-offer (no-AEO) applicant for six month ... so somehow no impact on new applicants lol lol lol or

My assumption is Canada is moving toward closing out on normal skilled worker immigration and it becomes like USA type and other countries.

hi members of the forum i need advise,
just today i have got mail from visa office and it states that visa officer is not satisfied with my degrees although i have sent them original on their request but i did not get originals verified from university.they have given me 30 days to reply and satisfy the visa officer please please please give me advise what should i send to proof my documents original.

Long time no news from CIC ... I am not sure what they are doing ... Are they focusing on clearing the back log as there is a pause on intake.
