What about you, have you received your passport back after stamping of visas.

I just joined this forum and its really informative.However, I have an URGENT question.

I have received my Passport request to be submitted within 30days for Marple leaf.But the challenge is that my Passport is with the Homeoffice for issuance of Visa.

Suppose i am not able to submit before the 30days elapse, Can i ask LVO for extra time to submit my Passport?

Has anyone experience this? SENIORS please help me!!!.I don't want to miss my Permanent Resident Visa to canada.

i thought you were having a job offer as you have shown FSW1 against "category" in time line which means a job offer.

but still there is one more problem. you are in different NOC. i am in 4152 (social worker) which nowadays no one is really bothered about. this is what my e cas shows:

"Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete "


and inside this:

"We received your application for permanent residence on June xx, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August xx, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. "

did you come across a stage like this ?

my case is be hanging at RBVO since last Sep 2012 until now. no NEWS yet sooo frustrated for me ???. I don't know how long I have to wait for the next step. I heard that, the delay is happen with the rest of MI 2 applicants from Singapore VO since they run out of VISA quota for 2012 (I still hope that is a wrong information) :-[
