CSE is just a way of enquiring about one's applicatin or asking for guidance as to how to give additional info. There is no procedure involved. Just follow the link for London:

You can take rprf DD in INR too.. this saves money and could save some time too as per seniors... I sent my dd in INR.. 22540..
