When did u see "In Process"... I also belong to ur NOc Code and I applied on 21 June 11. till date my Ecas is showing RBVO.... Ur information can be vital resource to me....

Hi Experts,

Please help me with the relevant information...

I got married around 1.5 years back..Me and my wife didn't change my status from Single to Married in passports. I applied for PR Canada under FSW category where my wife is also the co applicant as I wanted her points too to qualify with required points.

I sent Marriage Certificate as the proof of marriage.

My ecas shows RBVO. Now, if with gods grace I get medicals request or Passport request. Does it create any problems that time as both the passprts shows Single.

I also confirmed with the regional Passport office in New delhi for change of status. They told me, it will be treated as Re issuance of the passport with different passport number.

I dnt know wat to do???

My appl status is RBVO too and have not received 2nd AOR... Dont worry you will be getting medicals soon...

As per the Immigration cost recovery document received along with MED requests, it states I have to take DD in CAD or in Indian Ruppess. The amount as per the doc is INR 22540 and CAD 490. I feel its better to take the DD in INR for 22540 as the cuurent ROE changed to 49 which would come to INR 24,457.87, by taking DD in INR i can save alomost 200o bucks)) ;D ;D ;D ;D.

Please advice if it should be fine.. the documents says it can be in INR or CAD...

If they have given u both the options to pay the landing fees...then its always better to carry the INR DD. it will also save expensive FOREX DD charges which ranges around Rs. 1000 per DD.

Firstly, Congrats to you both!!

Can you plz share the language of the email sent by VO? (of course eliminating any confidential info) Just curious..

Also, from what i understood.. the request for Medical and fee was made only through an email, right?
No physical letter and even the ecas status is still at RBVO, its only the address that disappeared and then reappeared. Any other change or intimation?

I was just wondering in case a person misses the mail (gets into spam or something), how can one know about it?

Also,
1. Is the Interview waiver confirmed in this mail?
2. Can you please mention the email id of VO thru which they send the request mail. I want to make sure i don't miss that mail.

In Pakistan Landing fee is deposited in Standard Charted Bank according to specific amount written on form.........Rs. 34225/- here also people save money by not sending fee in CAD 490.......so i think you should make your DD...........or approach standard charted bank for fee depositing ............i think cash deposit is a good option and enclose the fee deposit slip with your documents........if this facility is available in India..........

They didnt confirm waiver of Interview in the email but i beleive this is waived or else it would have mentioned, the interview request would have come before medicals.. the email id is re-DELHI.IM-NOTICES-AVIS @ international.gc.ca" <re-DELHI.IM-NOTICES-AVIS @ international.gc.ca

@ God's Grace, congrats on this new change..... What I can deduce is that one could get MR before IP or vice versa. I just hope that Accra VO will start giving us good news by 1-2 week of Dec. Will update the tracker.....
