hi bijili,

To be honest, I have no idea about the returned cheque. however, he good thing is you already received the file number for your case. the next point about you did not received "RBVO", I think it might be difference between your VO and my VO (Singapore). They (VO) might straight away giving you an "In Process" later on. I agree with you that your Ecas status is turning out more strange than the other, however, Who know it maybe a different format of Ecas.

My Idea is you might make some actions as below:
_ Request your agent forward the email from CIC about your case to you and you check all information in that is really related to you such as name, address...
_ Go to the other threads and find out what is the process of your reagional VO.

Regards and good luck,
dear sexy hippo
thnx for the reply. i almost got all the answers from another post ( "decision made-before MR" ). so i think its more or less ok. but it will remain as a question mark for another month or so :)

Hi friends,

If ECAS status shows IN PROCESS, what does it mean? Do you guys know the detail?

Thanks,

hi!i just want to know if i will receive any receipt after sending rprf?is it by post or by e mail if any?tnx so much!

I agree with Mandie it may be the medical requests, VO would ask for more documentation before rejection. Also the PCC can be requested with MR. Good luck to your friend and keep us posted.

:'(I believe it is medical request...lucky him! Request for additional documents is just a one sheet letter, but his is a packet meaning it cld be the med forms with PCC and other docs request included...... Let us know when he receives the package. VO will not reject a file without giving applicant a chance to bring further evidence.

Guys my friend received his packet from T C S , Yesss........ it is a medical request, including PCC & RPRF request......
He is really a lucky chap he got medical request less than two months after receiving PER,
God knows how V Officers are working on applications , it seems they are working quickly on specific NOC's ? ? ?

I m thankful to all of my friends who shared & posted their views ,

Thanx again & appreciated.

Hi Murtaza,

Firstly I would like to send my congratulation to your friend and a good luck for you. could you please help me ask your friend that how many point did he claim for his case, how much is language point? or what is the strong point that he think he can claim for his case?

I guess that VO offices are purposely pick up and process some cases which obtain some good point such as high total point, high language point, knowledge 2 language or have more experience years in some particular NOC, and put it on high piority orders.

Thanks and Good luck guys

Prioritizing is fine however is not fair! But the strange thing is that no movement from April applicants onward!!

Hi Sexyhippo,

Thanx for the wishes, I wish u the same :D

well , I prepared & sent his entire package, he didn't get high score, he got 68 or 67 points only, he has got 4 years Bachelors in Textile, Got good score in IELTS Sp 7.5 , Wr 7 , List 6.5 , R 6, Age 10, Exp 21 , Spouse 3 or 2 , I was confused about her scores so we took an opinion of a consultant he suggested 3 points coz her A Level docs (Probably) completely missing , in fact no record of it, she also has 4 years Degree in Textile (as per that scenario her education years r 14) I am still astonish how did V O review his application so early & with close eyes too but in any case he is a lucky chap when i was sending his application i told him ur application is incomplete but we sent it coz we didnt have much time only 15 days were left to revise the NOC's ;D

Almighty will help all of us to achieve our goals soon...

Good Luck to All

Murtaza

Hi MurazaH...ur VO is London... is his too is london...????

Hi All...

I believe, we may find the NOc priority by checking each NOC's application recieved so far... some of the NOCs whose target has not been reached in the last year and till date again the application no. recieved are impressive...I am hereby attaching the URL link of NOCs and application no. recived so far..

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

My NOC is 1233.. last year it has just reached about 150 to 200 and till date it is just floating at 49... So should I consider this NOC to be in demand and priority..

Seniors and experts kindly throw some light on this page..

Vikas..
