Got your point, but my total points is 72. Since they are not satisfied with my Common-law relationship the didn't give the points for Adaptability.. That's 4 points for my partner's educational background, and 5 points of her having a relative in Canada. That is a total of 9 points. So if you'll do the math, I didn't reach the 67 points.

what is ur partner qualification? why they dint gave points of adaptibility..? if u exclude relative point n even add for partner education upto 3 points then it was possible to reach 67...isin't

I claimed for my partner's education since she finished an bachelor degree, I was supposed to get 4 points for that and I also claimed for my partner's relative which is 5 points. So that is 9 points together.

Hi Guys! I just need your help and opinion on this. I have applied under FSW1 under NOC 3215 on June 2011. I received my PER and 2nd AOR within 3 mos. My local Visa office requested for an interview since they have few questions regarding our my same-sex relationship (common-law). The visa officer beleived that we are in a relationship but she was not satisfied that we have cohabitating for a year since the bank account we have was just opened January 2011 and March 2011. Also, the billing statements that we have presented was dated January 2011. The visa officer thought that we just started cohabitating late 2010 which was less than a year to our application date. If we will reapply on January, which will make our bank account running for a year and our billing statements will also be dated a year by then, do you think it will work. We are not able to open bank accounts from the start of the relationship because we started a small business and our money were in business cycle. About the billing statements, my common-law bills go to her office. I really need your help. Thank you.

I think the point here is that the VO officer thinks you started the common law partnership for the purpose of just to immigrate to Canada since all documentation you have provided them dates to January 2011 which is very close to your applying date. Next January you would complete one year but again it will be on the edge. Either in or out.
Why don't you go through your documents again and again maybe you find a solid proof of your relationship that dates before January 2011?
