Hi francisloe,

did your ECAS have any changed or you receive any reply from your VO in the period between your address disappeared and appreared ? I believe that my address appears or disappear is related with the application docs has been withdrawn or put in the system for process. for example:

after I received PER in Aug a few days, my address disappeared and in that time My ECAS change from CIO complete to RBVO and I received acknowledge letter from my VO. Now my address appears again,

Good luck to you all,

Hi Sexyhippo,

I haven't received any emails or notices from my VO. And one thing that I noticed was a day after I got my 2nd AOR they changed my e-cas status to in-process without going through to RBVO and I'm not surprised now knowing that Manila applicants experienced the same. I dunno if this is relevant to you. Let's just hope that everything's fine.

Hi Francisloe,

I think that Manila VO really do a very good job. That mean they are go ahead put yours application docs in process after they received the docs from CIC therefore your waiting time for RBVO very short, not like other VO, they normally put in the queue (ECAS still show RBVO after applicants received 2nd AOR) and this time is vary from VO to VO. You and your Manila Applicants are really lucky to drop in a express processing way ;D you and other will receive Medical request very soon.

Good Luck,

2 days ago, my address came back in ecas without any change in RBVO status. Today (Sept 24) my address disappeared again. hmmm... i am praying that this address thing will bring good news this coming week... :)

Yeah, mine also my address disappeared today (on 25th). NOw i know that not all Manila applicants go directly to 'in process' status in the ecas. :( Let's just hope and pray to God my friend that everything's fine. Have a Blessed Sunday. :D

IF my Ecas Shows "In Process" , what does it mean????

1. Is this the 2nd AOR ???
2. All my reference checks have been done ???
3. I may get the MR anytime ???

Kindly guide me...

Vikas

My address is also re-appeared with the same RbVO status. No 2nd AoR yet.

Hi Tasneem,

I guess that you do not stay in Singapore , Do you? If it is true then the 2nd AOR letter would take a little bit longer time to come to your house since Singapore VO send the 2nd AOR by snail mail. I already received the 2nd AOR letter from VO on 19 SEP 2011. according to the post stamp they received my docs from CIC on 15 Sep send me a letter on 16 Sep however the letter took 3 days to come to my house (I located in Singapore). My status still show "RBVO" by now and my address re-appears on 24 Sep.

Good Luck,

Hi Vikas,

If your ECAS is "in process " that means the 2nd AOR must be on the way to your address and you will receive it soon if you did not received it yet, VO office is picking up your docs and put in back ground check. At last, the next step is you will receive a post letter or email and ask for additional docs or Medical request. this time is vary case by case. I wish that you will reveice MR soon.

Good Luck,

Hi People! We're done with our interview. The officer said that she is satisfied that our relationship is real but she didn't think that it fits the canadian context of common-law relationship. She said she'll review our documents and we'll send us the results. This breaks my heart. We were interviewed separately and we are able to answer the questions consistently and truthfully. I am starting to worry and I am unsure if she was really satisfied. Hay!
