I talked to the IRCC based in Canada a while ago, they said they don't have any updates on the application and I should rather contact the Delhi office for any kinda updates or queries regarding the application. Though I'm sure they let us know if we've passed the eligibility review or if it has started even if I call the Delhi office lol.

IRCC Delhi doesn’t even answer calls. I have tried over 10 times.

In India dont expect it, I have hardly seen any phone number that is not business related getting answered Honestly, I am saying. There is complete lack of empathy for someone who is suffering here. I dont why they cant answer these phones.
