That depends sometimes it could take a month but usually its within 24 to 72 hours for BVL/OPR.
Point is if 1 week has passed and no refusals were sent you are out of the danger zone and will only be waiting for a delayed approval.
Few hours to few days wont take that long.

@Bendu1575 I Highly recommended you should apply for GCMS notes. As I and @Afza Akhil also got our medical Updated in dec but haven't heard so far and came to knoe this was because our eligibility is Reveiw Required.
Based on the trend of course it is, so far I have never heard anyone getting refused after a long medical update gap except a few who got RR in their notes ( still waiting for decision) .

Eligibility status changed to Review Required from Recommend Passed.
Eligibility can keep changing anytime even if AIP is issued but it doesn't mean its going to be refused, VO is just taking more time to assess the file.
Only "Final" won't go backward or change once it's set to Approved then it's done (decision).
I meant they are still waiting didn't infer that they got refused.

Most of the time Recommend Pass is maintained for an approval, so it's a good sign.
Oh ya that's what. Moreover, I have my due date today in my gcms where My file was transferred to the higher authority from the officer who posted RR in my file and he gonna pick my file today. Let's see what happens whether or not he hives me a decision.
