I have applied on 18th july in delhi (under spp)
got Student Acknowledgement letter on 26th july saying your application is in process
then i have got another mail on 2nd Aug from delhi visa office that Your application is in process and is proceeding normally
what is that mean?
and will i get my visa before 10 sept because my classes will start onwards ?, little worried, I have done medical before applying
anybody have idea?????

Those emails are just formalities... i think you will get your visa on time..
I have applied on 20th july and class starts on sept 5th... hope everything goes well..

Application on 12 July vfs Ahmedabad offline.. file sent to Bangalore 13 July .. linked online 25 July ..no updates till date Can anyone tell me that after 1 August they don't take any file so will the decision be out before 25 August?

That's what i think.. because most of the colleges will start their class by september 5th and majority of the applicants has not received visa yet... they have to take a decision on the applications at least by august 25th..

I have even got the letter of introduction but I have not my passport yet and my agent is saying that I should wait 1-2 days for passport and after that get my ticket. Shouldn't I get my ticket as soon as possible. Guidance please. I applied online for visa

It depends on application to application ..some people get in 2-3 days , for some it takes a month also... Bdw when did you get your medical passed ?

just wanted to sure this that i applied my visa on 3rd july and got my application linked on 13th and got medical call on 18th. My status changed to medical pass on 27th as i submitted my medical on 24th and from that day im still waiting for the final decision
My point is that how much time do the embassy take after medical pass call to reach the final decision. According to my case its 1 week uptill now after my medical passed status!

Well they start processing background checks after medical is passed. That varies from applicant to applicant but generally you should consider 4-5 weeks. I submitted my passport along with my application also.

What do you think it means, Approval or Rejected ?
