Dont rely on this platform much. There is most probably one more change which is the bg check sentence turning into we were processing your background check and thats it. The bext change wikl be after passport stamping.
Get upur gcms notes instead once you re near the 6th month

All, Thanks for the response.

The thing is that it went from the first picture (NA2) to second picture (IP1). First it was "Not Applicable" then changed to "Your application is in progress..."

Why?

It's not NA2, it's NA1. Everyone starts off with NA1 and then move to IP1 or IP2 after medicals pass. They don't have NA2 anymore.

OK, understood. So how long the IP1 takes and what do they do during this period? I want to know when do I move to IP2? How long then IP2 takes?

"How long" is a question that can't be answered. Even ip1 and ip2 aren't official terms. Its assumed that ip 1 is for eligiblity and criminality and ip 2 for security checks

There is no way of predicting how long an application will take, you could be done in a few weeks or you could be waiting another 5 months or possibly longer (some people have to wait more than a year).

Once 6 months have passed (this is the timeline for a majority of applications) if you’d like to see a more detailed update of your status you can order GCMS notes to see exactly what stage you are in, till then patience is key!

Use the link below to see what the various stages IP1, IP2 etc mean
