Why you say 150 days ? what if POV is london and secondary is RROC?

We got our GCMS notes yesterday evening and as suspected, the RR is on POF.

What I don't however understand is how the VO interpreted or calculated the total amounts in fixed deposit submitted.

He had only added two fixed deposit investment amounts as against three. this caused the POF to be less than the required POF for family of 4.

It's just so sad that such a silly error is what's causing us this very long delays.

We have submitted an updated POF via webform though, but does anyone have any idea how long it takes CIO Sydney to respond to such updates please.

I will appreciate any insight.

I doubt that!

We submitted more than enough for family of 4. I think it's because we used a Finance company for the investment though.

We have liquidated and submitted updated POF so fingers crossed!

There can never be fixed time by when VO responds . You should see an update whenever your application is taken up for processing that includes new PoF. Meanwhile you can keep checking with IRCC if your documents were forwarded to concerned VO. Best luck !

I got a request letter today to upload a document and in that i can see the closing words like "Yours Sincerely, IL29601". What is that code IL29601 means .. is it case officer id or VO id or by default all request letter will have id same for all request letter for IRCC ... Please let me know your thoughts.

I have a doubt.. My GCkey account is being handled by a consultant. How will I be notified about FD? Do you get any updates on the same day of FD on tracker too? Any date change or something?

Being outland the PPR will come via GCKey message PDF most times. If all are complete in the tracker, call IRCC and check if they have sent your PPR. Usually that part us done by the SVO. The SVO in your case being Delhi might take time with the diplomatic standoff and running with reduced staff etc...

So two ways in which the PPR comes:
1. You can get an email over the email that's connected to GCKey that says "Ready for visa" - if you get this, you won't get anything in GCKey or Tracker.
2. or, You will get an email that says there's an update/we sent you a message(similar to what we get for ITA). You will find a PPR letter in your GCkey in that case, but you won't get "Ready for visa" email.

Hi.. I wanted to know is it ok if my sister in law who is currently a permanent resident in Canada calls IRCC regarding my application? Will it cause any problem? Plz reply if anybody have any clue about it.

Not sure if you still need to call IRCC, but I helped a friend outside Canada to speak with an IRCC agent this way. I made the phone call to IRCC from inside Canada and added my friend to the call to make it a conference call. I had to choose the relevant options to connect to a human agent and once they were available I stayed off the call and let my friend speak with them.

Thanks for all your great advice on this thread.

I would like to know if I should request for a GCMS report. My eligibility was completed since September 25th but since then nothing has been done. When I called, I was told only security is yet to start. My AOR is July 31st making it 100 days since I submitted. My PVO is CPC Ottawa, SVO CIO Sydney. I am FSW outland.
