But I see an issue in my profile. Till yesterday my name was coming correct as Raghav Bisrakhia. Now my name comes as Raghav Punjab Bisrakhia.
Punjab is my states name and I don not know why is it there? What should I do now?

Most likely a technical glitch. Give it 48 hours and it should resolve.
