So, I tried and it didn't work initially. Apparently the application number for the PR Card is different from that of your Permanent Residency application, so when linking the application, don't choose any option that requires you to provide the application number.Thank you. Yes, my application is with Dependent. I believe it's because of that only.By the way, did you apply with dependents? I applied as a single principal applicant. Wondering it might be taking longer for those with dependents.
