I could see the COPR number with an expiry date as September 8, 2026

Yes, they were included as long as their P2s were in September for the sake of recency.

Got ECOPR around past 11PM AST yesterday, was an automated message though. While I was able to download the ECOPR from the portal, it still shows in process with IRCC on the portal. I'm guessing that I would get another notification for the PR card? Or can I start tracking it using my GCKey? Since the main application shows Approved on GCkey.

Thank you. Regarding your question, my understanding is that you can link your PR card application to GCKey the minute eCoPR is generated. So go ahead and try and let us know too.
