Hey everyone, just joined this forum. Here's my timeline and I have question,

Submitted: July17, 2023 (online)

Background: August 29, 2023
Test Invite: September 18, 2023
Test Taken: October 10, 2023

It's been 10+ days and my test is still marked "In Progress" after completed, I passed the test with 20/20 marks?
My Office is(IRCC.WestCitizenshipEApp-EappOUESTCitoyennete.IRCC@cic.gc.ca).
Should I reach out to email above to request update on test completion? What do you guys recommend?

Do minors lpp have to be all completed? Or this is it for them? Mines lpp completed all at the same day as his.

I'm also in Calgary and same office. Passed the test with 20/20 on Oct 14, also haven't received any updates. I replied to the test invitation email to ask if they received my test results, but no response

It seems the updates always show up on the tracker in 2 days after the actual completions.

Update: Got the oath letter today, oath scheduled at the end of the month

I applied in July and all of my steps are passes except the ceremony. The status is not started. A few days ago, I received the instructions on how to e-sign my citizenship certificate.

My question is that I have not received the instructions for my citizenship ceremony yet. Should I wait or call/email them?

everything passed on October 7 (except ceremony not started)

What is your complete timeline? When did you apply, AoR, etc.

It will take 2-5 days to get the citizenship certificate. And then the passport depends on the office and urgency. You can get it as fast as next day, and up to a month. Take a look at this page:

You will get oath invite email within a day or two.

Test Taken Date: I took the test on Sep 27th and my wife took the test on Oct 1st.
Resubmission of Photo ID: Mississauga office requested both me and my wife to update the photo ID as the one taken during exam was blurry.
Test Completed Date: After sending my ID on the 28th Sept, Test status was marked complete on 30th Sep on the tracker. But for my wife it still shows "In Progress" as of today despite she sent the updated ID on 2nd Oct. Has anyone been in/ heard of a similar situation ? Its concerning to us as the test schedule has closed and we didn't get any response to the follow ups made over email and unable to reach to IRCC over phone as well.
