Same here my tracker still did not update to show test as in progress as well

Thanks for sharing, I've tried this before and it doesn't work. Might work for someone else though. I'm a bit unlucky in this case...

It’s September 12th and, still, my husband and I cannot access the tracker. We tried laptop, work pc, phone, different browsers and also the ‘reset password’ but nothing works. I don’t understand why people getting AOR after us can access and we cannot. I hope it won’t cause issue later on. Oh btw, I received the same answer as you when I submitted a web form.

Received AOR on September 6th and was able to track my application on the Citizenship tracker starting today morning September 12th, 2023.

Nope nothing from my side. Still waiting patiently. Hoping for a positive response by Thursday which makes it three weeka.

We passed on September 4th. Nothing is updated yet. Scarborough office.

Hi guys, I applied on 31st July, and I haven't received the AOR so far. Every single person I personally know who applied for citizenship received the AOR around 30 days after submission. Has anyone had a similar experience?

What materials you followed?

When you finish the test on the bottom of the page it has option to save your result as PDF or you can click the Email button that will send the unofficial test result to your registered email address

Didn't see this option after completing the test 3 days ago. Is there any way to get the email/PDF still ?

YAY! I’m happy for you! And thank you for letting me know. Hopefully it works for me by EOD. Did you do the reset PW thing or just the regular process?
