How did you know your certificate was mailed on June 12th? My application is not closed yet but it was updated on June 15th that Citizenship ceremony is completed. My ceremony was June 13th.

My husband called and asked.

certificate- june 2023.. less than a year .. Vancouver application..

now starts Passport/OCI/ Surrender apps... LOL... never ending immigration things ... ALMOST THERE!!!!

- Background verification - Dec 5, 2022
- Scheduled for citizenship test - Feb 10, 2023
- Citizenship Test Completed - Feb 13, 2023
- LPP Completed - May 12, 2023
- OATH - Jun 8, 2023
- Completed / Application Status Closed - Jun 14, 2023

(Both of us are in the Scarborough office)

Surprisingly, I got LPP completed update 6th June 2023 with tracker updated date 8th June 2023. oath- not yet started

How long is it meant to take to get the certificate in the mail? My ceremony was last week Tuesday and I remember the official said she was going to send it the next day. Is it too early to call IRCC?

I guess it could vary on how far you are from the office that conducted the ceremony. It could be anywhere from 2 days to 20 days. I got mine in 2 days but I also live 15 mins from the ceremony office. it really depends on Canada Post.
