Congratulations! Decent speed for online applicants lately. One question: Do you see citizenship ceremony changed to "in progress" after your January update? My applications have LPP completed but ceremony is still "not started". I wonder if it is normal.

The question is My PR card will expire in Mid April.
Should i apply for a new PR card or should i wait for citizenship application completion.

Is LPP complete ? I would apply for the renewal in case of emergency travel. I am not sure but its better to search what happens when PR card expires before the ceremony. Again, Just writing my thoughts not any advise.

That would depend on whether you think you will be needing it in the near future. If you plan on traveling, yes it would be a good idea.

I think this would be a good reason to ask for your citizenship application to be processed quicker if you need to travel and you don't have PR card. I am not sure but I'd say try to give it a go! You never know

I applied in December for PR renewal and got approved in 3 weeks.

No, it changed on the 11th of March to "in progress". It stays the same as you "not started" since Jan.

Is there anyone who applied on July 2022 seen movement from Vancouver office after test completion?

My spouse's application belongs to Vancouver office and got LPP completed on Feb 21. @sm999 got even further with the oath letter. Hopefully everyone in Vancouver office will see movement soon!
