quick question , For Test Invite do we see in tracker (i mean it gets updated in tracker as some date ?), or we get 2 emails one for Test invite and other for Test window ?

Hello,

I have summited application online on 23 June and AOR: 28th June with separate email requested for additional document on same day.
I had sent additional document on 28th July and online status was updated within next couple days says that additional documents received and application shows "In-Progress"

Now today i checked the the status and its shows "Waiting On You", additional document required and we sent you email.
But i have not received any email or letter.

Can anyone please suggest what i can do? Sending web form request and getting reply is taking many weeks so not sure what i can do?

Please Advice and thanks you for your time.

Only Language is marked complete for my app on 11/1, no change in my partner or child's apps.

In my applications, test invite update on tracker occured on same date as I received the test invite mail.

I received single email (and I believe it should be the case for everyone) for test invite with the test window dates.

Hi All,

Today i completed my oath of Canadian citizenship. Here is my timeline


Application Type: Family(2 Adults +1 Child)
Applied on : Paper
First time return for additional ID for child
Second time delivered on June 29
Application Filed as per CAS- July 5th
AOR - July 11
BG complete- Aug 26th
Citizenship Test : In Progress on Sep 13th
Citizenship Test Scheduled: Sep 14th
Test Email Rcvd: Sep 16th
Test Window : Sep 20 to Oct 10
Test Given: by Sep 21 12:40 AM for both adults.
Test Completed in system: Sep 21 for both
Everything Marked as Complete: Oct 6th
Decision Made in ECAS: Oct 8th
Ghost Update - 9th Oct(most likely due to system update)
Oath Ceremony in Progress: Oct 24 scheduled for Nov 3
Email Rcvd for Virtual Oath Details: Oct 27
Oath Completed- Nov 3

I am myself surprised by the speed so please don’t blame me.
No it was nothing like express application or anything. Just regular application.

Thank you. I know it’s frustrating for everyone if they are waiting but someone else’s got processed. I have been in same boat.
I shared my timeline just to give hope that things are moving, and 3 more person out of queue so IRCC can process more.

by the way in my oath ceremony, there were 110 people (originally 120 were scheduled). So they seem to be working hard to keep things rolling

I submitted my online application on July 12th 2022 and on July 18, I got an email with a PDF that said "This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship". It had a UCI number and Application number and the office where it came from (Sydney, NS)

It also had a link for updating my contact info. When I click on it, it takes me to an online service which asks for my UCI/Application number and other details. But when I fill it, it says it cannot find my application.

Also, when I check the Citizenship application portal, the main page says "Application Submitted!. This is NOT your AOR. Your'll get your AOR after we check that your submitted application is complete." But isn't the PDF they sent me an AOR?

Earlier that page used to show different steps and "Not started" in front of it, but not it just shows that message and nothing else.

Kindly help!
