Is it based on how long it's taking July applications to show up in the tracker or the 2021 ones that are getting finalized now?

I got my AOR on July 6th as well but online tracker doesn't work

You will receive an email notification for you to go ahead registering for the online tracker.

I was able to register today morning. It took almost 3 weeks for me after submit and 2 weeks after AOR.

Wait till you get an email from CIC. In my case, I got an email today but was able to register yesterday. Its 2 weeks after AOR in most cases.
