How do you get ghost updates? Do you receive any email? Anyone got PPR from NDVO?

I remember receiving 3. First is before i got an update that medicals passed. Another was after i submitted biometrics. And third was 2 weeks before I received PPR.

How do you get ghost updates? Do you receive any email? Anyone got PPR from NDVO?

I check the application every day, today I just saw the application updated instead of submitted. No, you will not receive any email or can see any change in your application it is just they update something on the back end.
